Party Wall Insulation
If your property is semi-detached, terraced or partially attached to another building, the wall between you and your neighbour is a party wall. If your property was built pre 1990 it’s likely that your party wall has a cavity that allows air to move around. This results in a significant loss of heat from your property as the warm air is transferred to the loft.
Insulation stops the air escaping and redirects the heat back into the home. Insulation also reduces noise between houses and lowers energy bills.
